I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Seattle. The wine tasting hour was a nice touch, and I loved the beautiful live music in the afternoon in the lobby. The interior of the hotel was gorgeous, and the rooms were very quiet and clean. I appreciated the eco-friendly approach with refillable shampoo bottles in the shower. The staff was attentive and the amenities were convenient. The bed was comfortable and the overall arrangement of the hotel allowed for a simple flow. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond for our special occasion, surprising us with champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries, and a handwritten card.
Nothing, all good.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to restaurants, bars, and museums. The staff provided excellent service, with the regional Vice President, Mr. Waithe, offering guidance and support. The room was quiet and well-kept, and I appreciated having access to the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal in the morning. The happy hour offered complimentary wine, giving me the chance to relax in the beautifully decorated lobby or enjoy it in the comfort of my room. Additionally, the valet parking attendants were friendly and prompt, and it was a nice touch to receive a daily complimentary water bottle.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The location was perfect for exploring the city. I could easily walk to Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, and Westlake Center for shopping. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
Cannot find any fault.
We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. They assisted us with storage of our luggage and gave us directions around this city. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many attractions, including Pike Place Market and numerous restaurants. Additionally, the hotel provided high-touch amenities such as complimentary wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and we loved the relaxing and pleasant scent that permeated throughout. it was a fantastic experience.
Nothing, all great.
I absolutely loved the staff's friendly and witty nature. The wine reception was a wonderful touch and added to the overall experience. The lobby had ample seating and a cozy fireplace. The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. The location was perfect for our event and provided easy access to popular attractions, including Pikes Market, the ferry, the monorail, and various bars and restaurants.
Absolutely nothing.
