We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, including Bruno on reception, Inez Maria the concierge, and Alexandre at front of house, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an upmarket 'designer' shopping district, close to the city center and the Chiado-Baixa area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The location of this hotel is superb, just off the busy shopping street on a quiet, tree-lined street but still close to all the shops, restaurants, and tourist hotspots. The hotel itself is modern and clean with great facilities including a gym, indoor pool, and a fantastic rooftop jacuzzi. The rooms are a decent size, quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows, and a very nice bathroom.
