We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness and hotel facilities. The lobby had a lovely and clean ambiance with beautiful crystal chandeliers. The reception staff was very nice and we had no issues with them. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few blocks up from the bustling Times Square and a short distance from Central Park. We enjoyed the convenience of having many subway stations nearby, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, there are plenty of options for drinks and food in close proximity to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. The location was perfect, close to Times Square, Central Park, Rockfeller Center, and many restaurants. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, especially Linda, who looked after our room and always had a smile on her face. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were great. We also appreciated the 12 pm check out and the convenience of storing our bags for the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were clean, comfy, and always well made. The room was cool and provided cold pure water from the machine free of charge. The location was excellent, close to Times Square and Central Park. It was perfect for exploring the city, especially for first-time visitors. We also loved being near the restaurants on 9th Avenue in Hells Kitchen. The staff members were very nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room had a balcony with a stunning view of the lights of Times Square. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a helpful reception staff and a useful luggage hold for our last day. There was a Starbucks take-out in the lobby, which was convenient for grabbing a quick snack or drink. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in between Central Park and Times Square, making it easy to explore both areas. The hotel's cleanliness and convenient snack options were greatly appreciated.
