The hotel had an excellent location, making it easy to explore various areas of the city such as Chelsea, Soho, Village, and more. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a chic retro design that extended to the rooms. The restaurants and bars on-site were great, offering a variety of dining options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was amazing, with a big bath tub, comfy bed, and incredible views of the Hudson and city. The design of the hotel was very cool, reminiscent of a Tom Ford film set. The staff, including the managers Ha Tran and Samantha, were helpful and friendly. Karina assisted us with moving rooms and gave great recommendations for dining and navigating the city. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, with easy taxi access and a nice area. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were excellent.
Nothing negative to say.
We loved the amazing location in the Meat Packing District, close to great stores and the High Line. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop bars and nightclubs, were impressive. The staff, especially the concierge Elijah, went above and beyond, providing great recommendations and making us feel welcome. The presence of security throughout the hotel made us feel safe and comfortable.
Can't fault anything about it.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right on the Highline with views across the city and The Empire State Building. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two amazing rooftop bars offering beautiful views. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ezter at the front desk.
